    When I add tickets to cart, the price does not update at all after being redirected to the cart – it says $0. What is the issue here?

    Hi – sorry you’re facing difficulties here – that certainly sounds like an unusual problem.

    It’s not something I can replicate locally, though. I wonder if you could confirm the outcome of the following standard troubleshooting steps:

    • Can you deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar, WooCommerce Tickets and WooCommerce
    • If you have been using a caching plugin, please be sure to follow the author’s instructions on removing it completely
    • Can you also switch to a default, unmodified theme
    • Does the same problem still occur?

    Assuming this solves the problem, try reactivating everything – testing at each stage to try and uncover the seat of the conflict.

    Is that viable here and does it shed any light on this?

    I found the plugin causing problems, its the name your own price plugin I am using to accept donations on another WooCommerce product: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shatner-name-your-own-price-for-woocommerce/.

    Any ideas how to work around this?

    Interesting. Is that essentially the same as this “official” extension of the same name? If not, I wonder if the approved version available via the WooThemes website might be a better option – is that something you can explore?

    Alternatively, could it be worth reaching out to the author of the plugin you’re using to ask for their assistance? Unfortunately – particularly with plugins with a comparatively small number of downloads – we can’t generally assist with integration issues where further third-party plugins are brought into use.
