GuestI have the Events Calendar Pro and with an upgrade the plugin no longer ‘adds to cart’. Because I don’t have a login I can’t submit a full support question. If anyone else has this problem please let me know.

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch–and so sorry to hear you’re having issues with your site! Unfortunately, we’re not equipped to handle technical support issues such as yours here in pre-sales, but I’m curious about your account situation, since you are using PRO but don’t appear to have a user record in our database! Are you working as a developer for an existing account holder? We maintain separate support forums for our free and premium users, so I want to make sure we’re able to direct you to the appropriate location to get further assistance. Would you mind shooting us a quick email with more details so we can assist you further from there? Just include my name in your message, and I’ll be sure to pick it up so we can continue our conversation! 🙂
Thank you!

GuestI cannot see a direct form or email address on your website (or that link). I did not set up this website but am helping out a client who purchased the PRO version for their website.

MemberSorry for the confusion here! Are you able to see the drop-down menu below the paragraphs of text on the page linked above? Once you select a topic from the menu (“Help accessing my account” will work for our purposes), the rest of the contact form should appear underneath for you to fill out.
That said, if you’re developing on a client site and are able to reach the client directly with work-related questions, you may find it quicker to simply request their account username and password in order to log in here! Logging in will grant you immediate access to our premium support forums, where you’ll be able to post your query and have one of our dedicated support staff help you out.
Let us know if you or your client should have any other questions! Thank you! 🙂
