Add organizer's details to ticket email

Hello support,
I’m trying to add the organizer’s details (phone and email) to the ticket email.

I’ve added to the tickets/email.php template but nothing happens.
Could you please point me in the right direction

We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you can send me the code that you are using, I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!
