Add Next month nav ABOVE the calendar in month view

Hi. On my month view calendar the previous and next month nav links are displayed BELOW the calendar.

Above the calendar, only the previous month link is displayed. Is it possible to add the next month link ABOVE the calendar in month view? that way it would display both above and below the calendar.
