The ‘add new ticket’ and ‘edit’ ticket stopped working after I added my first ticket. When I click ‘add new ticket’ or try to edit a ticket, I just get taken to the top of the page. Not sure how to fix.
Even though I deactivated all plugins and changed themes earlier to test for conflict, it still wouldn’t add a new ticket. However, after leaving it for 2 hours and returning it seems to have fixed when I only deactivated WPML Multilingual plugin.
This might help someone else if they have this issue.
It is true that Event Tickets and WPML do not integrate well with one another at the moment. We’re working closely with the WPML team to build more compatibility down the road and hopefully that work will get released in an upcoming version if all goes well.
