ParticipantHi there,
I have installed all the latest versions of woocommerce, events calendar, and wootickets. I go into my event, scroll down to “Tickets” and click ‘Add New Ticket’. I am able to fill out all the settings and save my ticket. Once I save my ticket I get a message that reads “Your ticket has been saved.” but there is no ticket above for me to edit or anything, its just blank as if it didn’t create it. I then saved the event and previewed it to see if maybe it was just a glitch in the back end, but the ticket buy button does not appear.
This site is live and very active so unfortunately I am not able to set the theme back to the default for testing purposes.
We need help with this ASAP as we are launching this event next week. Thank you in advance!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. Are you able to open your javascript console of your browser while saving a ticket for the event and see if any errors in it?
Are you able to clone your site into a staging area to so you can follow our testing for conflicts guide? (since you are unable on the live site)
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Without following that guide it is hard to tell where to start looking for this issue.
Let me know and we can go from there to resolve this.
Thanks

ParticipantI’m having the very same problem on my site. Javascript console offers no error codes. Major, major problem.
I get the text validation message that the ticket has been saved, but there’s no way to edit the ticket and it does not show up in the Woocommerce Products tab.

ParticipantI was able to fix the issue by uninstalling every plugin except WooCommerce and WooTickets and I reverted back to the 2015 default theme. Afterwards I re-installed every plugin and everything was fine.
