    I have installed the Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus plugin.

    But as shown in the Event Tickets Plugin page. I don’t see the Menu options in my Dashboard. https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/

    Hi, Coach. The “Tickets” tab that you screenshotted is the settings page for Event Tickets / Event Tickets Plus.

    Is there a setting you’re looking for that you cannot find?

    Hi Cliff, I’m having my developers install this for me. They seem to be having issues figuring it out. I volunteered to put this site together for a fundraiser for a local family and I am under the gun to have it working by the 4th.

    We are not able to find a option to Add events after installing Event Tickets / Event Tickets Plus plugins.

    All the sub menus under the Events menu are missing in my dashboard. myDashboard.png is the screenshot of the menu that I can see.

    We have put this site together for a fundraiser for a local family and need to get it working by 4th.

    Please help !

    I have also sent a mail to [email protected] with subject URGENT | Ref – 1494895 | Add New Events Option not Appearing.

    I’d guess you have Event Tickets installed and activated but you do not have The Events Calendar installed — or maybe it’s just not activated.

    Hopefully that’s an easy fix for you!

    If not, please share your System Information in a Private Reply.

    That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
