ParticipantI’ve been at this for two months now. Only adding a new event (admin) is broke. Font is white on white background, Add Media tab doesn’t work – links to …/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=tribe_events# Visual and Text tabs don’t work either. Event Date & Time calendar no long appears. Seems like a lot of other elements are missing.
I have deactivated each plugin one at a time and nothing changed. I also activated a different theme. Nothing.
Here is a screenshot, if that helps. Thank you!

ParticipantHey Richard,
Sorry you’ve been having trouble here for a while. I’m curious though – in the screenshot you shared, there was still evidence of other plugins being activated. In the menu, for example, there’s “RokGallery Pages”, “Weather”, “Ads”, et cetera…
If you deactivate every single plugin on your site except for Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, can you take a screenshot of things in that state?
Let me know what you find when those are literally the only two plugins active on your site – if issues persist we can troubleshoot from there, but ruling out other plugins as possible culprits here is extremely important as a first step.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Richard,
Thanks for taking the time to go through that step and share what you found – I’m curious, if you left your site in this state with every other plugin deactivated, and then took the extra step of activating a default theme like Twenty Fifteen/Fourteen/Thirteen, do your admin issues persist?
If even with every plugin deactivated except the Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, and a default theme activated on your site, your issues still persist, would you be comfortable sharing some admin login information so we can log in and look around directly? That may help to reveal more about the issue here. If you’re comfortable with this, just be sure to make sure you check the “Set as private reply” button before posting your login info! 🙂
Thanks for your patience,

ParticipantHey Richard,
I unfortunately was not able to log in with the information you provided, and the captcha wouldn’t let me pass no matter what I entered. But I’m curious about your site – if simply deactivating some plugins completely broke your site, that could hint at some deeper issues here than something just with The Events Calendar.
When you mention the site is “broken”, can you elaborate on that? Are you seeing an PHP errors in your admin? If so, paste them into a Gist at http://gist.github.com and share a link to that Gist here.
As for your site itself, when I went to http://myradioplace.com/ there are still plugins and a non-default theme active, so it’s hard to say what the source of the problem is. It’s almost certain at this point that the source of your issues with adding new events is not something wrong with The Events Calendar itself, but a conflict from another plugin or your theme, or something breaking within your WordPress installation itself.
Thank you for your patience with this issue, and I’m sorry about the inconveniences that have come with deactivating plugins. Let us know about some of the questions I asked above and we can go from there, hopefully we can provide insight into the source of these conflicts and get things moving towards a resolution.
Thanks,

ParticipantHello,
This issue’s been sitting here a while so I’m going to go ahead and close it for now – if other issues arise, don’t hesitate to come back and open a new ticket, and if you need to open a new ticket about the same issues you originally brought up here, please share a link to this original ticket so we can pick up where we left off.
Cheers!
