add my own button and link to the event calendar page

I would like to add two things on the event calendar pro page.
1. I would like to add a link that if people want to add items to the calendar to send an email to [email protected]
2. I want to add a button that says “Castlewood School Website” then it links to the school web site http://www.castlewood.k12.sd.us
How do I do these two things. and where can I find the page to edit this.

Hi!

There are a few ways you might do this – perhaps the easiest is to visit the Events → Settings → Display admin screen and use the fields provided there to add content before or after the display of events.

that worked great. now I have a question. on my home page http://www.castlewoodcity.com I have the event list widget. how do I decrease the font size so it isn’t so big?

Hi – sorry for the delay (please note though we generally stick to a policy of one question per thread). What you could try re the widget font size is adding this CSS rule:

.widget.tribe-events-adv-list-widget h4 { font-size: 1em }

Which could be added to a custom tribe-events.css stylesheet, as described in the Themer’s Guide (link over on the right under Useful Resources) … does that help?

that seemed to help with the spacing. thank you. on this page. http://www.castlewoodcity.com/ home front left. how do I get the date to show first and then the event. right now it shows the event, then a space and then the date. it sort of looks jumbled? thanks.
