Add image event in widget list next event

Hi I saw this tread and wanted to do the same thing, i managed to do it and wanted to share with the original posted but was unable to find a way to contact him.
the code was not coming up well so i have used paste bin.

I also regenerated my thumbnails using a plugin just in case
