ParticipantI want to add some custom html content to the ‘events’ page above the calendar and have used your “Add HTML before event content” input which is fine but this content is now showing on all single event pages. How do I add content to just the events page (before and after the calendar)?

MemberHi Jamie, and welcome to the forums!
Great question. You can target a specific calendar view when hooking into that filter. So, for example, here is how to target all calendar views without affecting the single event pages:

Will this work for you? Please let me know. š

ParticipantHi Geoff
Maybe I’m doing this wrong but I’m getting the screenshot below. What I was doing was pasting your code in to the ‘custom html’ window and then adding my html where you have the ‘Your custom code to display.’
Hope you can help, Jamie

MemberOh, I’m so sorry. I should have been more clear!
Please paste that code into your theme’sĀ functions.php file and it should be good from there. š
Cheers!

ParticipantHi Geoff
tried that and the text appeared where it should but 2 other things happened:
1. The sidebar on the single events page got shunted down to the bottom of the page
2. I got an error message (something about a T string on the line where I pasted the custom code).NB the custom code I pasted is below.

MemberOh interesting! Are you trying to paste shortcodes in there? I believe Those will not work with either in the snippet or the advanced page template options.
