Free Events Calendar was working fine but when I went to activate PRO, every page other than the WordPress Dashboard won’t work and gives me an Error 500 warning.

Using the Divi theme which I realize you choose not to support, but since others are making it work I’m hoping someone can figure this out for me.

    Thanks

    Hi Katherine,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about the troubles with PRO.

We have received reports that the new PRO upgrade is causing some issues and we are already investigating it. Until we fix this you can install an earlier version of Pro.

Our plugins do work well with Divi, we have several users using it. If you have any issues with Divi and TEC working together please open a ticket about it and we’ll try to help you out.

    Cheers,
    Andras

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
