ParticipantHi. I just a properly licensed instance of ECP on a website I am building, and for some reason, it is not allowing me to enter my license key. when I click on settings for the ECP, there is no tab for licenses, but i also have the community events plugin and the community tab appears in settings as it should. i have deactivated all other plugins and still no success.
fyi – i am using WP multi-site.

MemberHi Neill,
I can see the same thing on a local network I set up for test purposes, so, unfortunately, it may well be a bug. I’ll get this logged.
Apologies for the inconvenience and remember that in the interim you can still obtain plugin updates and upgrade manually when required.
Thanks!

MemberOne other question, to follow up, have you tried playing around with network activating vs activating on individual sites? Does that make any difference in your installation (you would still expect to see the licenses tab on the ‘root’ site in either case, in an ideal world).

ParticipantHi Barry. I have tried network wide activation vs one of the sites without any luck. As for updates, I didn’t update anything. I just purchased / updated licenses on a few of your products and just downloaded the latest version of everything. How can I determine which version of what will work correctly with WP 3.8.1? I am using the same theme (ENFOLD by Kriesi) as I have on a few other sites that also use your plugins, so I’m pretty confident there’s no issue there.
I am using a few other plugins, but none should be interfering (I can send you a list if needed), and I do plan to use ECP, FB Events, and the Community Calendar – so kind of big deal on this project.
Thanks for the quick reply and I’ll look for your suggestion on how to get the plugin versions right for this project.
thanks,
Neil

MemberOK, thanks Neill.
There does seem to be an issue with license tabs (in multisite installations at least) and I’ll ensure an issue is logged for further investigation.
