ParticipantWe hold an active Calendar PRO license and an expired Community Events license.
We would like to renew the Community Events license but keep the 2 plugin licenses in sync so we could renew them together once a year. Can we renew the Pro plugin early with a pro rated price to match the Community License renewal date?
A few issues.
The expired Community Events plugin on the “downloads” page says version 3.12 was released March 30th 2016 but our license expired in October 2015. This caused some confusion as this date seems to be when the latest version of the plugin (that we don’t have access to) was updated.
Also, we took a look at upgrading the Community Events license from Personal to Business and saw a 59$ price. Does this include a renewal or would we be upgrading an expired license that would then need to be renewed with another purchase?
Looking at our payment history I see the price for the Calendar Pro renewal has changed from 70$ to 104$. Should this trend be expected going forward?
The plugins are useful but this new website and renewal process experience have been frustrating. Its also annoying that I’ve have to write this message in a public forum… Im sorry if there is a better place for this type of message but the website kept leading me here.

We can more than likely arrange something that works a little better in regards to syncing both licenses to having the same expiration date. You should also receive renewal discounts. ParticipantThanks for the reply. The contact page is confusing in that the drop down only shows a form when “Hire Modern Tribe” or “Need help accessing your account” are selected. All other options suggest posting in the forum. I submitted to “Need help accessing your account”.
