Account page…

Hi,
My account page is listing the same website twice. I would like to activate the license on another website but don’t know which account I should deactivate.

Hello ellaj,

Thanks for getting in touch. I took a look at your account and I see what you mean! That is strange. I suspect that you could deactivate either one, but I would probably choose to deactivate the one without the www.. You can always double check to make sure the license key is still showing as valid in your WordPress dashboard under Events –> Settings. If no license shows there, you can try deactivating the other one and then re-adding the key to the field under Settings.

Please let me know if you get things working. I’m sorry I can’t give you a more definitive answer, but I suspect that one of the above ways will get things cooperating for you. Keep me posted!
