    Hi. I have a very serious issue here.

    NOTE: this doesn’t come under the “pre-sales questions” section. Kindly forward to the concerned authority.

    I have forgotten my username, and the password as well as the email that was associated with my account. (The email was most probably my domain custom mail which no loger exists!) I recently shifted to a new domain and I am using Events Tickets Plus with it.

    Maybe I can provide you with the license key to verify my identity and you can hand me the details of my account.

    UPDATE: I have figured out the email I used for the account. It’s my personal email.
    The issue now is that I am NOT receiving the password reset email even though I’ve tried it several times and waited a good amount of time.
    I do get this message on the Lost Password page after I input my email:

    Password reset email has been sent.
    A password reset email has been sent to the email address on file for your account, but may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.

    But I haven’t received my mail up till now.

    Will you please visit our Contact page and select the “Help accessing my account” option? That will allow us to continue the conversation over email so we can help set you up with either a new password or new account without having to discuss it in an open forum.
