    Hi – I need to request a refund for Event Tickets Plus – Renewal
    License Type: Personal Download [removed]
    Community Tickets – Renewal
    License Type: Personal

    …both renewals of items that I could never get working after working with your support team in this forum to solve the issues.

    I accidentally renewed all without realizing I can not use these two. This happened today. Can you please refund me for these 2 renewals only (the other two are fine, and needed/used).
