    Hi There,

    Our client is using the Events Ticket Plus, and Woocommerce to create and sell event tickets.

    But now they also need the ability to manually add orders (with events) using the “Add Order” interface in Woocommerce.
    Currently they can add events to the order using the “Add Product” button but after completing the order, user gets a blank email instead of a ticket.

    Probably the ticket generation isn’t triggered properly and that’s why the client gets a blank email?

    I am looking for possible solutions to this problem. Any help or suggestions would be great!

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    I just tried adding a manual order to WooCommerce on my test site and it seemed to work. Here’s what I did:

    • Went to WooCommerce > Orders > Add New
    • Changed the “Order status” to “Complete” and selected a customer
    • Clicked “Add items(s)” in the section below the order details
    • Clicked the “Add product(s)” button that displays
    • Searched for the ticket I wanted to add to the order, then clicked the “Add” button
    • Clicked the “Save” button at the bottom of the order
    • Clicked the “Calculate Total” button at the bottom of the order
    • Clicked the “Save Order” button at the top of the order screen

    That generated the order and sent an email containing the ticket. Did you follow those same steps? If not, given them a try and let me know if it they work for you as well.
