Our client is using the Events Ticket Plus, and Woocommerce to create and sell event tickets.
But now they also need the ability to manually add orders (with events) using the “Add Order” interface in Woocommerce.
Currently they can add events to the order using the “Add Product” button but after completing the order, user gets a blank email instead of a ticket.
Probably the ticket generation isn’t triggered properly and that’s why the client gets a blank email?
I am looking for possible solutions to this problem. Any help or suggestions would be great!
