GuestHi
Interested in purchasing Tickets, we will use it for selling workshops, but definitely need the option to add names to tickets then export this – does the latest version allow this?
If not, will this ever be a feature?
Thanks

MemberHi Kelly,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our products ๐
Hopefully this is a feature of Event Tickets Plus! Give this article a read: Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees, it should clarify a bit on the attendees management process.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

GuestThanks Nico. We also need the capability to change names on the event order without having to get them to re-register. Is this possible? I can’t seem to find the answer.
Thanks

MemberHey Kelly,
Thanks for following up! If you are referring to the name of the customers on the Order then that should be possible. I can confirm it is for WooCommerce, not 100% sure about the other supported plugins (EDD, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp) but I think it should be possible as well. You might need to test that manually or look into each plugin documentation (‘Edit Order’ might be a good term to search).
Please let me know if that answers your question,

GuestThanks again Nico – I’m in Australia so sorry for time lag!
Another query re downloading/buying the correct plugins – now there are new changes.
I’m trying to set up an event management system and from reading understand these are the core plugins I would need for functionality of a fairly standard event / ticketing system:
1. WooCommerce
2. Event tickets plus
3. The Events Calendar PROAre there any other plugins you recommend?
Thanks again.

MemberHey Kelly,
Don’t worry about the lag, I’m in Argentina so I surely contribute to it ๐
Alongside the plugins you mention, you’ll to install the ‘core’ events and tickets plugins:
- The Events Calendar, which functionality is extended by Events Calendar PRO. PLease note that you don’t necessarily need PRO to sell tickets!
- Event Tickets, provides basic RSVP functionality. Event Tickets Plus extends it’s functionality to actually sell tickets.
So the complete list would be:
- The Events Calendar (free)
- Events Calendar PRO (premium)
- Event Tickets(free)
- Event Tickets Plus (premium)
- WooCommerce (free)
Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions on this,
