A request for future updates

Would it be possible in future versions to have the first PM or AM not appear in a time range if it’s going to be repeated?

In the example, 1:30 PM – 5:45 PM, the first PM isn’t needed.

In the example, 9:45 AM – 11:45 AM, the first AM isn’t needed.

In the example, 11:45 AM – 1 PM, both AM and PM are needed.

Other users can then up-vote it, giving us a great idea of how much demand there might be (or, if you can find a suitable existing request, you can in turn up-vote that).
