Hi, we have used The Event Calendar and The Event Calendar PRO for one of our clients for a few years now and really like them and the great support.

We have a new client who we are considering your plugins for, but of the add-ons, only really need Reoccurring Events and iCal Importer. Do you offer an ‘a la carte’ add-on option for just those add-ons that are less $ than paying for PRO ($89) and the iCal Importer ($49)? Not sure the client will see the value in having to buy all that for the benefits.

Also, if my ideas above are not possible, I see info on an iCal export on your support forum. Where can I get the iCal exporter and can that info be used to be imported into Google Calendar?

Hey Roger and thanks for getting in touch!

I’m afraid it’s an all-or-nothing sort of thing with recurring events and Events Calendar PRO. Purchasing PRO is the only way to get the recurring event functionality.

You might consider getting either a Business or Agency level license if you plan on supporting more clients with calendars — that would allow you to get more mileage out of a single license rather than having to pay for each instance of PRO.

    — you can grab the iCal Importer add-on here and, yes, it can be used to import events from Google Calendar into WordPress. Please note that it is an importer rather than an exporter.

Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers,
    Geoff
