We’re considering upgrading to the Pro version, partly due to the recurring events feature. However, we’re experiencing a major bug which doesn’t seem to affect the demo on your site.

When in the Month view, any attempt to use either the date picker or the search feature results in two things happening:

    • The loading animation appears for a second or two, after which the content below the filters bar simply disappears.
    • The page URL changes to an invalid address. The original URL (calendar page) is http://<IP ADDRESS>/<WEB SITE>/aktiviteter/, while the new invalid address is http://<IP ADDRESS>/2015-02/ when selecting February in the date picker, or http://<IP ADDRESS>/2015-02/?tribe-bar-search=test when searching for ‘test’. As you can see the invalid address is missing <WEB SITE>/aktiviteter/

Note that I’ve tried different templates, as well as deactivating all other plugins and even creating a fresh WordPress installation without any other plugins. I’ve also tried various version combinations:

    • WordPress 4.1 and The Events Calendar 3.9.1
    • WordPress 4.0.1 and The Events Calendar 3.9.1
    • WordPress 4.0.1 and The Events Calendar 3.9

Note: The site is not currently accessible from the outside.

Seems like the formatting engine broke my message a little, let’s try again:

Sorry for the issues you are having.

It is hard to give any tips on how to resolve the issue without seeing it, it sounds like a javascript conflict is occurring or maybe the site was transfered between domains and the links did not get transferred?

If you can provide a link to see what is happening we can take a look, but beyond that there is not much I can suggest.

Also, I am not going to able to do much support in the Pres Sales Forum, but will try to help out a bit.

Please post support issues on WordPress.org for the free version of the plugin:

    The Events Calendar

    Thanks

I am glad to see it is partially working. Not sure why the url is being changed like that on your site. I have not seen that on other sites, but will be on the look out for it in the future.

Since the issue is resolved I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.

    Thanks!
