    I am unable to download the latest version of Community Tickets. Could you guys please have a look and let me know what going on.

    I am using the download’s section within my account.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

    I went in a fixed the issue and tested on your account.

    You should be able to manually download the file or upgrade through the automatic system.

    Let me know if you still have issues.
