Hi, I submitted a non-profit application for the Atlanta chapter of the American Sewing Guild last week. I wanted to know approximately how long the approval process takes. I was concerned that your response had gone to my Spam folder. I understand that it may take a few days, but wanted to check in case it will be longer. Thanks.

I’m really sorry to bear this news, but I looked through all of our submissions and was not able to find anything from, of, or relating to the American Sewing Guild 🙁

So it seems like your application has not even reached us yet, which I’m very, very sorry about!

I’ll pay close attention to our submissions inbox and see if anything comes in, and will check our spam/junk folder too because maybe our “anti-spam” filters are being too aggressive and accidentally labeled your submission as spam or something.
