    I’m getting emails from organisers who say they’re getting a 501 Bad Gateway error after submitting a community event. The event posts OK but they think it hasn’t – meaning they usually submit it three or four times!

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble hear, but hopefully I can help. I was able to go to your site and successfully submit an event (screenshot). Since this error is related to your web server and seems to be happening sporadically, I would reach out to your hosting company to see if they can help you troubleshoot further.
