    I purchased and installed the latest version of Events Calendar Pro and activated it while Events Calendar was still active. I cannot access why website or wordpress admin. It loads to a white screen. Please advise.

    White screen of death. I disabled all of the plugin using the ftp. Got it. thanks

    Ok. I went back in, disabled the events calendar and reactivated the PRO version and it gave the the white screen of death again. please advise.

    This is definitely a strange and annoying issue to be having. Hopefully we can help to get this sorted out for you quickly.

    The most likely cause here is a conflict with an existing plugin or theme that is causing the white screen. A couple of notes here.

    1. To work, both the core Events Calendar and PRO versions will need to be activated.
    2. Try disabling existing plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme
    3. Then add both the core and PRO versions of the plugin.
    4. Finally, reactivate each plugin one by one until you’re able to recreate the white screen.

    Let me know if this helps to reveal more information about this conflict.
