    Good morning!

    We have a site we’d love to use the Mini Grid View on, but we’re getting 500 errors on only the pages we attempt to put the grid shortcode on.

    Thanks for emailing support.

    Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    We tested this on a local install of the site in question, and the grid view eventually loads after around 30 seconds. Is there a way to optimize the query the Grid View uses or something? I’m guessing it’s timing out somewhere along the way on our Production installation. The site we’re trying to use this on has around 840 events. We’re also using the grid view to either show events with one tag for external users, and events with two tags for internal users.

    Hi there,

    Are you referring to the month view? If so you can limit it by changing the settings at Events > Settings > Display. You can have it only pull in one month at a time and enable caching.

    No, we’re using the Grid View Shortcode and not the default Month list view. We already have the Display Settings limited to one month at a time.
