Hi, how is there return policy ? We purchased your plugin but it does not work correctly – It does not collect the “additional info” from attendees, which is actually the reason, why we purchased this plugin. We addressed our concerns at plugins forum. We had a nice chat with Hunter, but he could not help us. When I looked around in the forum I noticed that many pepole had the same problem in last two weeks. And many of them did not got any answers in the forum.
We wanted to start selling tickets last week, but could not do it, because for us, the attendee info is crucial. So, because we do not have any idea, when this problem could be solved, we would like to cancel the subscription and and ask the money back.
