2 licenses for one Domain?

    Hello there,
    if got a “small” problem. From another developer i was adopting the project of the artmasters. Now i have the problem that the licens keys for your products i.e. event tickets plus are registert by the old developer, who is not reachable anymore (Icant get in contact with him).

    So my question is: if i now by a new licens for your products can i register the key to the same domain as the old developer did? Or does it have any conflicts?

    Hi Jan,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    You can purchase an additional license for Event Tickets Plus if necessary, and deactivate the other license.  If you have access to the backend of the site, you can view and access the license there, which can help you to avoid this situation.
