Starting in February 2024, Google, the largest email provider on the planet, is increasing the reliability of emails sent to its users, especially from bulk email providers. They will be marking “spammy” any email that does not have SPF and DKIM keys associated with it.

Adding these safety protocols to your email is of the greatest importance. Promoter, our email service, sends out bulk emails using a “from” address from your domain through Mailgun, one of the best bulk email providers out there. This means that you must verify your domain, thereby adding the SPF and DKIM keys to your outgoing Promoter emails.

If you do not verify your domain using Promoter’s Mail Delivery Settings, you will almost certainly see an increase in spam from your Promoter account.

Learn how to verify your domain on Promoter’s Mail Delivery Settings page and get that done now.
