Sometimes we may find that our ticket shows unlimited capacity on the single event page even though we have set it to a limited quantity.

When this happens it is because we are selling the ticket through WooCommerce and the Stock management option is disabled. (WooCommerce > Settings > Product tab > Inventory section)

To fix this just enable the stock management option and the Capacity will be displayed as it should.
