If you purchase something from us that does not fit your project as you expected, we will be happy to refund the full amount within 30 days of payment of your initial purchase.
We only offer premium support to current customers, so we encourage you to seek support for any issues you may be experiencing prior to submitting a full refund request. Our support team successfully answers many customer questions, clarifying complexities and helping overcome a variety of challenges.
Change a subscription
Log in to your The Events Calendar account to turn off automatic renewals for one of your existing subscriptions, cancel future payments, and leave your license active until the end of its current term.
First, you’ll want to head to the “Manage Subscriptions” tab, find the subscription you’d like to modify, and then click on the “Manage” button.

Once there, you will be able to see all the details for said subscriptions. If you would like to turn off automatic renewal, simply click the toggle button from “Auto Renew On” to “Auto Renew Off”. Note that your Renewal Date will not change but will be renamed to your Expiration Date.

Request a full refund
If you would prefer a full refund instead of canceling future subscription payments—or if you do not have a subscription type of license—please open a ticket here and our support staff will help you out.
Please include your original order numbers and let us know which products you’d like to refund, all of which you can find in the “Manage Subscription” tab in your account.
Refund requests cannot be processed through chat. Any request made via chat will be converted into a support ticket for further processing.
And, if you wouldn’t mind, we’d love to know if the refund is about anything in particular, about the plugins or the support experience. If you take a moment to include that in the request, we’d really appreciate it. We use that feedback to find new and better ways to create a better product and improve our service.
Note that it may take somewhere between 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement. If you do not see the refund take effect within that time period, please reach out to your banking institution for assistance.
We’ll miss you, of course, but hopefully, we can earn back your business in the future — we’ll be here for you.
