Hey Jonah,

My only issue with that is I would like to have 2 seperate outputs (leave the way it is for single.php), but then in my custom template I have a different markup/placement. (For example: tickets2.php).

Also, could you point out we can modify the output for the PDF? (colors, text, etc.).

Getting further, I realize the product just needs to be set to “downloadable” in order to process automatically. When creating a ticket, is it possible to set the product as Downloadable from the get-go?
