ParticipantOf course my email address exists, not sure why this message popped up, and now gone again.
In any case the original problem remains, and there is no way I can see to attach a screenshot.

ParticipantWhen I look at my account now it says:

ParticipantIf you want to continue using Eventbrite Tickets as well, you’ll want to renew that license as well. You don’t have to have PRO..
I understand that, so having bought Cal Pro, the only option given when renewing tickets is to renew both.
If you’d like to make your posts private, there’s a checkbox under the form that you can use.
The only checkbox I can see is “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”.

It looks like 3.9.1 fixed this 🙂Tom
ParticipantWe’re not taking donations as far as I know. I removed the mention of ‘free’ using the CSS workaround mentioned elsewhere:

Are you referring to the default tri.be event template? If so should I use the 3.4 version?Tom
ParticipantHi Kelly
That seems to have done the trick – perfect, thanks very much 🙂Tom
ParticipantThanks Kelly
Sorry for the delayed answer, glad to see this may be useful for others with similar issues..
Comments are enabled, both in Tri.be events and on the event post.
I disabled disqus and enabled jetpack comments.
We are using Default Events Template.Tom
ParticipantOK got a similar weird issue on http://blog.rococochocolates.com/events/ since the upgrade. I have disabled cloudflare but expect this to reset automatically in 3 hours so let me know if I can do anything else to help discover why the event links are popping up as bubbles that fail to link to the events in Safari and Explorer.

ParticipantThanks Barry
I think it was linked in with something on the eventbrite side, but of course they don’t support 3rd party plugins!
Hope this works out in future as we missed the deadline on the project it was intended for.

ParticipantNo worries. Let me know if I can debug or you need to login. Thanks.

I tried creating a new event with a new venue, but get the same error.
If I choose new venue I am limited to UK only.
The same error happens for a variety of UK venues, new or updated.Tom
ParticipantThanks Leah
I appreciate you don’t work weekends but as its nearly 7 days since I first raised this issue I would have hoped that you might have had the chance to find out why I am seeing this error message and what can be done to enable the plugin’s normal working condition.
I remain somewhat impatient as this is holding up the project I am working on 🙁Tom
ParticipantJust checking to see if there is any progress on this as I am still seeing this error code 🙁
