Geoff,
That did it!

ToddParticipantThanks, Cliff.
I see what you mean. I will add the filter to my child theme’s function.php file.
Todd
ToddParticipantBrook,
Ah ha. I took a second look and found the filter in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/functions/template-tags/venue.php.
Line 414:
apply_filters( ‘tribe_get_venue_website_link_target’, ‘_self’ ),
Changed to:
apply_filters( ‘tribe_get_venue_website_link_target’, ‘_blank’ ),Thanks!
Todd
ToddParticipantBrook,
Is there already the filter ‘tribe_get_venue_website_link_target’? I can’t find it in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/functions/template-tags/link.php. If so, where is it? If not, do I copy lines 293-308 in the link.php file and change the filter to ‘tribe_get_venue_website_link_target’?
Thanks,
Todd
ToddParticipantCliff,
That worked for the Details Website link. Thank you!
I’d also like the Venue Website link to open in a new window. Is there a filter for that? Or, can you assist us in creating a filter?
Example: http://www.coloradograndparent.com/event/rhino-meet-and-greet/2016-03-30/
I’d like the denverzoo.org link to open in a new window. Thanks!
ToddParticipantI removed the:
.entry-content p { margin: 0 0 25px; }That helped with the Calendar View issue.
The « should have that semi-colon
Where can I find the file to add the semi-colon?
February 18, 2016 at 3:21 pm in reply to: Unexpected Calendar Layout change with update to 4.0.6 #1077561ToddParticipantHis list-view has too much space in the listings. Look at the addresses, they are double spaced.
http://integrityli.org/whats-coming/list/I’m having the exact same issue. What can be done?
ToddParticipantPlease see this page:
http://www.coloradograndparent.com/events/list/Notice that instead of showing “<< Previous Events” is shows “« Previous Events”. The events list formatting is funky (see above complaint).
When you click on <<Previous Events or Next Events >>, the list formatting is corrected.
Similar fix when you go to Month View (daily events spacing is funky), if you hit << January or March >>, the daily event formatting is fixed.
I tried the Twenty-sixteen theme and the formatting problem was still present.
February 18, 2016 at 9:51 am in reply to: Single Event: tribe-events-single-event-description tribe-events-content #1077145ToddParticipantThat worked.
Thanks!
ToddParticipantAlso, the formatting on the Calendar View has become more spaced out (taller – taking up more vertical space).
