Hey there Rivercenter & Barry…the Snippet you are referring to http://pastebin.com/R6M6HEEW ….where exactly are you placing that within the functions.php file? I have added it and it crashes my website..I just want to make sure it is going in the correct place. Thank you for your assistance!

Okay, I just installed The Events Calendar 3.0.2 onto my other test website at the domain root and it performs the same as above. Still going to 404 Page Not Found. is there anyway to have it just go to another page for right now? I can create one.

Okay,, correction…when I navigate specifically from List to Day View, it messes up the header and displays a 404 Page Not Found.

Thanks for getting right back! That actually works great…and when you navigate the next day and previous day, it displays correctly “at No events scheduled for July 31, 2013. Please try another day.” It is only when you click on a date with no events listed.
