ParticipantHi Victor
Thank you very much for your reply.
It seems that everyone is updating the plugins to include Google Map API now.
When I updated the Event Calendar PRO, I also updated some other plug-ins.
Some of them now include the GMap API field, which I totally did not expect (those plug-ins do not usually engage any map at all). And it appears that since the API field on one of the plug-ins did not contain a Key, Google rejected the use of the GMap, even in the Event Calendar Map view.
I did disable all plug ins except for the Event Canlendar & PRO, and switched my theme to 2017 before contacting you, and it is strange that the problem still persisted then… But anyway, glad this is now fixed.
Thank you very much for your support.
Have a great weekend.thesydneylodge
ParticipantHi Victor.
Thank you for your instructions.
I have copied and pasted the code to the theme’s functions.php.
Now the map is totally grayed out, not even any error message appears.I have then tried removing the added code in hopes that the multiple APIs previously registered have been removed, and then re-registered my API from the API tab of Events setting.
Now it is back to how it was, showing the Map with API Error.
What can I try now? I need to fix this ASAP, as this site is to be presented on Monday our time (in Australia).
Thanks again.
