Like I said, I checked it on default theme and it didn’t work.

So I have changed the settings that you mentioned, didn’t realize that was now included.
In any case, the custom order status “zahlung erhalten” which translates to payments received doesn’t trigger the email. If I manually change the status in backend to “zahlung erhalten” nothing happens, only when order is completed “fertiggestellt” it sends out the emails, even though the settings are correct. See screenshot.
Having more issues with the ticketing and mixed carts (tickets and books in one cart) but I will post that in a separate thread one at a time.
Would appreciate some assistance with the order status and emails for now. what am I doing wrong? Thanks

‘Normal for’ is the ticket name, see screenshot. If I choose the other Ticket it says ‘Schüler/Studenten for’

problem solved, believe it or not.
Jupiter support figured it out. Here is what they said:
The issue was related to Theme Options > Advanced > Manage Theme > Google PageSpeed Optimization (Beta Feature). I turn it off and it’s working fine now. This options was preventing JavaScript to add some codes to the page.

so I tried that and it doesn’t work.
However this does let me add the custom fields without the MU-Plugin from Codeable. Making that 115$ investment a total waste. Also makes me think, why Jupiter theme tells me they don’t support 3rd Party Plugins but this guy somehow get’s a fix.
But it still doesn’t open up that attendee fields when buying the ticket, nothing has changed there.
I was thinking maybe one of the snippets in my functions.php could be the cause. I’m gonna take all the modern tribe snippets out and see what that does.
I have tried that already. I deactivated all Plugins except Modern Tribe and WooCommerce, deleted all custom CSS and followed the procedure as in the video. Result is the same, not working.
I have tried implementing the changes as described by you.
I have tried every possible combination and procedure.
Placed it at the bottom of my functions.php child theme, deleted cache browser and theme, switched themes back and forth – mot working
Did the exact same with main theme – not working
I deleted the MU-Plugin (made by the guy at codeable) that fixed the custom attendee field issue, tried both options as described above again – not working
I deactivated all plugins except Modern Tribe and WooCommerce, tried all options again, with and without MU Plugin, child and main theme – not working.
Without the MU-Plugin the section didn’t even open up anymore and the custom attendee field settings were also gone.
How did you get the custom fields working on your jupiter install since you don’t have the MU-Pluign that fixed it on my side?Nothing is working, I spent almost 2 hours checking this now thoroughly. I even tried all the options mentioned above on Firefox, Chrome and Safari – It’s not working anywhere!
I deleted all the custom CSS of my theme, tried everything again, all themes, browsers, with and without MU Plugin, deactivated all except modern tribe – not working
If I deactivate all plugins except modern tribe, use the main jupiter theme, delete all custom css, deactivate the MU Plugin – what is the difference between your and my install? How can it work on your side but not on mine?
I really don’t know what else to try anymore.
I wanted to share the MU Plugin with you to have a look at that, but it says I can’t share files of that type (php)

I have placed the snippet in my functions.php (child) but it’s still not working. I placed it in the functions.php of the main theme, still not working. I deactivated all plugins except modern tribe, still not working.
Do I need to place it somewhere else? What am I doing wrong?
