I found the entry that explained the work around. However, while applying the testing to see if the issue was conflicting with a theme or plugin, our lovely event widget disappeared from our home page. I replaced it with the un-styled widget. I attempted to create the css to restyle it as we wanted but found that most of the entries in the example style sheet did nothing. I also noticed this style sheet is a few years old. How do I get help on styling this widget?
