Thanks, I changed the values within phpmyadmin – and the error message went away – but I am still not able to import events.

When I try to import using the event ID, I get the error “We were unable to import your Eventbrite event. Please verify the event id and try again.”

If I try to use the dropdown for Select an existing event, no events appear – so there is clearly a communication issue.

I understand you are having issues with this add-on, and that you are working on a fix, so I am not ready to ask for a refund.

In my original post, I stated:
The eventbrite plugin still has the old app key/client secret in the fields. When I try to put the new ones in, the old ones stick, and I get the error Your Eventbrite token is not valid, check Add-ons API page to see how to create a new one.

How do I clear these fields from the database? No matter what I do, the original app key/client secret from eventbrite sticks, and I can’t get rid of them. I need to put in NEW app key/client secret, being that I deleted the original app in eventbrite.

HOLY C$@P! George, you are the man. That TOTALLY resolved the issue. I can’t thank you enough.
I am sure that this bit of code would be very helpful to others, given the popularity of The7 and your Calendar.

One last question, if I wanted to change the word “Select” (to something like “Choose a Category”) for the dropdown in Filter Bar – where might I find that bit of code?

I am having the same issue. On mobile (iPhone 6 here) if I turn on “Show Filters” the website disappears – nothing but a long scrolling white screen! I was just able to reproduce on desktop by shrinking the window!!! I have had to disable filter bar on our live site.
