ParticipantOh one more thing Greg. I went in and looked over the functions.php and a few templates files. It appears that the header.php files is completely being ignored. Meaning that in the functions.php file that the developer wrote a snippet to remove_action = header.php >
It seems I have much larger issue at hand.

ParticipantOi, Greg – I have contacted the developer that I partnered with on this project, but have not heard back. Nor do I think I will. 🙁
I have looked at the templates and do not see HTML heads added into the files. This being a much bigger problem is exactly what I was afraid of. Thanks for verifying that. At least for now the list view previous/next links are working and will buy me time to figure out the next step.
I will turn on the TwentyTwelve theme late tonight when it is less likely to be seen by site visitors and report back.

ParticipantGeorge –
Thanks for taking a look. What I meant in my first post is that I changed the default view to List, because the next/previous links work there. However, if you switch to Month view they do not.
This site was originally a joint project and since this issue has come up, I realize that the other developer (for some reason) opted to unregister the header.php. I am VERY concerned this is going to cause more issues and want to move forward cautiously. With the header.php unregistered I am at a loss as where to add the <?php body_class(); ?> solution.
