Thanks for your reply

Additional fields may work but I was thinking more along the lines of a button, like the book now buttons offered for other services, that would just allow me to enter the cutom url for each course (event).

I’m trying to keep it as simple as possible for the people who will be maintaining this on a day to day basis.
