Also as mentioned, /hooping-events/tag/childrens-hula-hoop-classes/ also need to show up like /tag/childrens-hula-hoop-classes/ as they are ranking well on google and if exit rate is high on these link, it will effect our ranking.
Ok, I set the Events URL slug in Settings was set to ‘hooping-events’ see here: http://www.webprintcreative.com.au/eg1.jpg
the tag slug from the front end links add /hooping-events/ slug before the tag slug, where as the usual tagging in WP takes you to /tag/ slug before the tag slug.. I’ve gone in and deleted /hooping-events/ from ‘Events URL slug’ from general settings but after saving it, it continues to keep /hooping-events/ as the slug therefore not helping a thing.Here’s where i’m hitting ‘view’ in admin area http://www.webprintcreative.com.au/eg.jpg
Not just happening to that tag, its happening to all tags.As mentioned in my post when i go to view the tag from the admin area it takes me to here: http://www.hoopingevents.com.au/tag/hoop-dance-classes-sydney/
Thanks for getting back.. The Events Calender version is 3.0.3 and The Events Calender PRO version is 3.0.5 I just did an upgrade and the problem no longer occurs with recurring events. However tags still do not work see here: http://www.hoopingevents.com.au/tag/hoop-dance-classes-sydney/ there are 2 events under this calender tag but neither are showing. Tags seem to be ranking well in an organic google search but they all direct people to a ‘404 Fancy meeting you here’ page. Please advise as soon as you can please, i’ve paid for support and expect support not support in a few days time, i understand that you guys are busy. Most free plugins have quicker support.
