    I deactivated all other plugins and changed the theme to twenty seventeen and the issue persisted. I had kept the “events tickets,” “events tickets plus” and “the events calendar” all activated. I then one-by-one deactivated the three plugins and found that the issue was only resolved when both “events tickets” and “events tickets plus” are deactivated.
