Janet HawksParticipant
Update, the change I posted earlier is working for us (had about 5 places we found the call that we made the change) but we have some minor formatting issues now, but not losing sales. I’m sure the official snippet/patch will fix this more elegantly.
Janet HawksParticipantWe are having the problem too. Interestingly, it still seemed to work on our mobile sites.
We think it may be an api change and are testing a potential fix by adding &v=2 to the calls to http://www.eventbrite.com/tickets-external?eid=<3id>&ref=etckt&v=2
existing code doesn’t have the v=2
Janet HawksParticipantThanks for the reply Kelly.
Do you happen to know how soon the next release is? I saw the email go out about it coming. This is being used on a site we hope to launch pretty quickly next week but having these issues with the calendar/eventbrite plugin might make that difficult.
Janet HawksParticipantI would assume so. Is it just because how the eventbrite wordpress plugin is pulling in information? It looks like it is pulling everything in as params in the url so any long description would break it. I feel like it is an issue with how the plugin is importing the info. Are you aware of a solution or is my only option to use shorter descriptions?
Janet HawksParticipantOther events have worked and there seems to only be a handful that aren’t working.
