    Found the solution : Stock management was not activated in Woocommerce.
    Maybe a check for this option activated into Wootickets could make all this more user friendly !

    I will try to downgrade, though it will break some customization…
    When editing a tickets using the Woocommerce interface, I don’t see any options to set a max quantity. As far as I remember, this option is supposed to exists natively in Woocommerce, right? Maybe it’s a clue.
