    Upon further investigation, i realised that this works for the organiser as well. I’ll like the snippet to be only for admin. I input the ticket ID on my scanner app so tickets can be scanned offline (the app only picks up the ticket id). Since the ticket ID is the unique ticket identifier i wouldn’t want organisers to have access to it meaning on the orginiser dashboard they should export/email the original ticket details without the ticket id.

    Hi Nico

    1) It looks like after the upgrade to 4.4 the the snippet stopped working so i now have all the details instead of the three. Ticket ID,”Order ID”,”Order Status”,”Ticket #”,”Customer Name”,”Customer Email Address”

    2) I don’t understand the question about tickets how many tickets types are there?

    Hi George

    I just want to update you the issue.

    We did some trouble shooting with woocommerce and discovered that the auto complete snippet on the Events settings is the problem. This might have caused by the latest upgrade,I’ve since deactivated it and all is well now.

    So what do i do in the meantime? This is really a pressing matter. Nothing can happen until this is fixed.

    We’ve done some trouble shooting with payfast everything seems fine on their side.
    I’ve also done a complete coflict test, no conflicts detected.

    I reinstalled woocommerce and payfast as well.

    I think i’ve found the problem. When i activate my original theme every thing works but when i activate the child theme that’s when the problem appears.

    Can you write a snippet that automatically populates the organiser field with the registered user’s details. The current way is really not user friendly for both organiser and admin. We always have duplicate entries since organisers constantly have to add the details.

    Please help with this. This really an urgent issue.

    Organisers are put off by such things and they move on to other ticketing agents with no such issues.
