    So, the page shows correctly for you? Then I am going to assume this is a
    browser issue and move on.

    Please note the uploaded screenshots.
    Screenshot-A shows a content/sidebar page template with the wrapper centered.
    Screenshot-B shows a content/sidebar page template with the wrapper floated to the left.

    This holds true with all page templates.
    I can’t figure out why.

    Oh for heaven’s sake! You would never know that I teach beginners how to use WordPress.
