I just installed the Gutenberg extension,. but I don’t see Gutenberg style
fields on urls such as
http://staging.btu.org/gutenberg/wp-admin/post.php?post=48967&action=edit.

JoshCorrect. We do not want ancillary events, such as the Breakfast Buffet, to appear in the main events calendar.
We do want such ancillary events to appear on the Building Reps agenda, since it is part of the day.
Are you suggesting that we tag it with something like, “ancillary events” and then exclude that tag from the main events loop?Hey Geoff,

Here are my answers:

No, it occurs at times when no one is working on the site.

Yes, it is random and does not occur at specific times.

It seems to happen most often on http://btu.org/events/category/retirees/ and other event category archives.
Please let me know what you recommend we do to resolve this.
