I’m also noticing this same issue, as pointed out by a customer of mine just today.

Performed update to the events calendar yesterday (3/16).

Same issue in firefox, chrome, I.E., and my android browser.

But… I notice if I am logged into the WP site as an administrator, and view the calendar in month mode, the previous and next months DO work. In ANY of the same browsers.
